A structured, intentional REMassage process that brings physical tension and nervous system patterns into awareness. This may include skilled bodywork, Reiki, Vibroacoustic therapy, and light internal dialogue, if chosen. This is not deep process work, but a responsive approach that allows what is present to be felt, supported, and released.
